Christmas morning!

The tree and all it's glory "BEFORE"!!

Nana made the boys the CUTEST pj's ever!! and the boys are so ready to ride their scooters from Santa! But Christmas Eve we had a BLIZZARD!! Can you believe it only in Oklahoma have I experienced some of the strangest weather!! We have never had snow on Christmas since we have been here 6 years (okay so that's not a long time for us) but it is a strange occurance none the less!

Walky talkies and Wii games were a hit even for me and Michael!

Christmas '09

I dressed Gabriel in this outfit that I bought at a consignment store for Hunter but it was always so cold and Sam couldn't fit into it, so even though it was cold I had to get someone in that dang outfit and Michael made fun of Gabe. He said he looks like a girl! We went to Cracker Barrel after church that day and someone commented oh she looks so cute!! Michael just busted up laughing!! Later he said you know who he looks like that crazy guy from AC/DC that wears the shorts and plaid shirt playing the guitar all crazy around the stage!! So I had to get a picture of my little boy!! SHOOK ME ALL NIGHT LONG!!

Christmas morning was such a blast!! This was the first year Hunter understood that Santa was coming and that he wouldn't come to our house till he was asleep!! Can you believe it I'm not behind the camera!! Gabriel missed the stockings but we woke him up in time to go upstairs and open the gifts!

Bleary eyed boys with yet ANOTHER picture for Mom!

Samuel's Preschool Christmas program

Well here is Samuel singing and the little girl with blond hair to the right of him is his "girl" (as Hunter calls them) Celia.

It was fun to see how well he listened to the teachers, and he didn't know I was even there.

Halloween '09

Okay so my pictures are all out of order but for some reason they are not filed by date but alphabetically so as I'm catching up 5 months worth of blogging in one session I'm finding photo's I missed!

Halloween was awesome. We went to Tulsa during the morning to take advantage of Boo Ha Ha, that was fun but NEVER again...way too many people even for me.
Then we went around our little neighborhood (43 houses) of which there were only 15 handing out candy and since there are so few kids the people gave the boys GOBS of candy. We didn't even have a pail for Gabe and we fill a huge popcorn bowl over flowing with candy!!

Of course I'm PMSing about that time and gorge myself with mounds of chocolate!!

It was a great Halloween!! Buzz, Woody and Spiderman!

September Samuel's 3rd Birthday

OOPS back in late September Samuel celebrated his 3rd birthday! The boys made their own hats and after Church we invited Jude the neighbor boy over for cake! The boys all dressed up in their Batman costumes and enjoyed the day!

A new bike helmet and pads and an Indiana Jones costume!

Gabriel's first birthday

Loved the cake, just picked it up at Reasor's our favorite market after eating at Los Cabos. I didn't plan because I was hoping to make his cake (I have made all the boys cakes myself up till this year) so I feel bad that I didn't make a cute first birthday cake for Gabey! Oh well this one was super cute and tasted just as good.

Gabe didn't seem to mind that the cake was store bought!

Ahh presents!

Williams' kids Christmas Party

Michael's company Williams always host's a childrens Christmas party and it is alway a blast! We haven't missed one since having Hunter. Last year I was a week from having Gabe and Michael was recovering from his surgery and we still went. This year my folks were in town for Gabe's first birthday which was the same day, so we called that his birthday party! Cheater Cheater, but the boys had lots of fun in all the boucy inflated thingys and later we went to Los Cabos at Bass Pro my parents favorite mexican food place here. Then headed home for cake and presents it was a full day to say the least! And to top things off (the party was Friday) Gabe started walking on Monday the day my parents showed up! It was so awesome to be able to share that first with them!

Christmas lights in Muskogee

After our Thanksgiving of beans and cornbread...yes that's what we had,
we headed home the next day
and enjoyed the lights at one of Muskogee's beautiful parks.

We've never done anything like this and probably wouldn't have if I hadn't been driving, Michael can be such a fun hater at times. He doesn't like crowds if he can avoid it, so alas going to Disney Land or World some day will take a lot of fast talking on my part! But the boys loved all the lights and so did I. Usually we (meaning me and the boys with out Michael) drive around some of the nearby neighborhoods to see all the pretty lights! I'm such a little kid when it comes to stuff like that!

Thanksgiving at the Lake

Well since we don't have family close enough to warrant a trip anywhere for Thanksgiving
we took advantage of the extra time off to enjoy our get-a-way place! The boys are ALWAYS
asking to go to the lake house now.

Here they are having fun jumping on the beds out on the screened in porch!

There are TONS of leaves to rake up and the boys loved playing in all the piles
We didn't even make a dent in the leaf pick up...we were told down here you
better take care of the leaves other wise you may find a snake hibernating come spring time
and with 3 little boys running around that yard we DON'T want that to happen
We only got about 1/4 of the yard raked up and burned!

Michael built a wonderful fire pit with rock benches and some pavers to go around the pit too
so we could burn those leaves but we found that it was easier to burn the piles where
they were than try and drag all the leaves across the yard.

Fall Family Foto's

I brought my camera along to get some pictures too

Michael always the clown trying to look as if he's hanging from the branch,
although around most other people he's not as "full of life"
I think he worry's too much about little stuff! Be yourself even if that means your kind of a dork, I think there's a little bit of dork in everyone!
I know I'm full of it...

Thanks Oliva Carlson for such great pictures!!
Although the boys weren't very cooperative at least not all at once.
